I finally had an opportunity to have a training session with Stable Mistress Jo Gallindo Saturday night.
She hitched me up to a cart and drove me all over the farm giving me a good workout on cart commands. She told me some about herself as I pulled her along and then took a wonderful picture of us both when we stopped on the covered bridge. All in all it was a marvelous workout and I think I did a credible job pulling the cart.
One thing she told me which really peeked my attention was that her specialty is steeple. I’d really like to show her what I can do on the course some time and get her thoughts on how I’m doing and how I can improve.
We also talked a bit about gender identity and on how feminine I look, that look is significantly enhanced when in Pony gear in spite of my very clear identification as male.
All in all, a very interesting, informative and enjoyable time.
